Restaurant Re Castello in Mainz

I can only rate the delivery service - but it has largely convinced me. The delivery time was reasonable. The ingredients were good. The size of the portions was absolutely sufficient. It's also priced fairly. There is a deduction because the pizza was no longer particularly warm and there was not enough sauce on the salad.

Very friendly staff. You didn't have to wait long for the food and it tasted very good. I can recommend it to everyone!

Very bad service, unfriendly service and waited over 30 minutes for the food, even though we said beforehand that we didn't have long Salad was okay, but little dressing and nothing special. Food was then billed incorrectly. When I asked the waitress about it, she was snappy and said then the colleague should give me the 2 € difference .. absolutely unprofessional, never again!

I've been to Re Castello regularly this summer. The ideal place for light summer cuisine, wonderful salads, wine served in a pre-cooled wine glass, great and shady outdoor seating with a view of the Hfb and an all-round customer-friendly staff. Always a pleasure to eat there. Thanks to the Re Castello team.

Just got a Tiramisu for Take Away and that wasn't great. Neither was the service, not very flexible with payment. Once you say cash or card it's that - they were will to change it for me which would have been simply good customer service. Also this is by no means a proper Italian restaurant. It's more of an fast food, delivery service under Arabic management.

Nice little restaurant close to Mainz train station. There is a selection of salads, pizzas and pasta dishes for every taste that are very tasty. The staff is super friendly. Very good price / performance ratio.
